Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Service
Hypnotherapy and somatic coaching are complementary wellbeing services designed to support positive change. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment or prescribed medication. No specific results are guaranteed.

2. Consultations & Deposits
Initial consultations with Queen of Consciousness are free of charge. A deposit is required to secure a full session and will be deducted from the total session fee. Any remaining balance will be payable as agreed at booking.

3. Medical Disclosure & Suitability
Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, mental health conditions and all current medications before treatment, including conditions such as epilepsy or psychosis. A full initial consultation will be conducted to assess individual needs and suitability. Treatment may be postponed or declined if it is not considered appropriate.

4. Children & Young People
Queen of Consciousness may work with children and young people where appropriate. Parental or guardian consent and any necessary safeguarding arrangements will be required before sessions take place.

5. Appointments & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a charge in accordance with the agreed booking terms. Deposit refund arrangements will be communicated at booking.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy
Information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address a serious risk of harm. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Queen of Consciousness Privacy Policy.

7. Client Responsibility
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. Clients must not discontinue prescribed medication or medical treatment based on hypnotherapy sessions.

8. Online Sessions
For online sessions, clients must ensure they have a quiet, private and safe environment in which to participate.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
