what is HYPNOTHERAPY?
Hypnotherapy is a natural, relaxed state of focused awareness facilitated by the hypnotherapist. Your attention shifts away from the external world and towards your internal thoughts
of the subconscious mind.
By bypassing the busy, analytical part of the mind, hypnotherapy helps you work with the subconscious processes that shape up to 95% of your thoughts, emotions, and habits.
These core memories and thought patterns cannot be changed by the conscious mind or willpower alone and these shape our daily habits and routines so they are crucial to our development as humans to be working for us and not against us.
Unlike stage hypnosis, where performers use rapid inductions for entertainment (yes, even making people cluck like chickens!) These performers also rely on the willingness of the person actively wanting to be hypnotised or it would not work.
Clinical hypnotherapy is not for entertainment and is solely based on what you desire to achieve and let go of in order to excel in life.
You remain fully in control at all times, you can open your eyes at any point and cannot be hypnotised against your will.
It requires your willingness and intention to make a positive change.

What actually happens
during a session
You can either sit or lie comfortably while the hypnotherapist uses gentle verbal guidance to help you relax.
As your attention settles, your mind becomes open to exploring habits, emotions and beliefs that are difficult to access in everyday thinking.
You will then both work on reframing thoughts, reducing stress responses, strengthening motivation, or practicing
new mental patterns.
You can stop the session at any time—hypnosis does not override your free will.
Positive changes can begin quickly — Many people find that hypnotherapy helps them access and work through stored emotional patterns or habits more efficiently, meaning some shifts can occur almost immediately. Results vary from person to person, but early improvements are common.
